That includes pioneering the use of AI in construction by integrating a range of AI applications into our programmes.
Best in class AI use depends on accurate and standardised data on everything from design standards, productivity, compliance and performance in use. But construction is dominated by a business model that sees a main contractor managing a chain of smaller suppliers. If the data is dispersed across a supply chain, it becomes difficult to integrate AI effectively into a programme.
Managing our design in-house gives us full control to capture, standardise and refine data continuously. Through our advanced use of data and AI platforms, we are able to deliver better designs, more efficient production and closer alignment with client needs, giving you more control. By linking central manufacturing models with AI-generative design, we are enabling faster analysis, smarter design and improved coordination across projects.
We are also specialists in DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly), which underpins our ability to design and build innovative, high-quality spaces. As an advanced DfMA construction leader, we apply pioneering offsite manufacturing technologies to make buildings easier to create in controlled factory environments and deliver on site. By fundamentally rethinking the traditional way of building, we are optimising the construction process for industrial production.
